Runners
Runners began as an effort to get into a university start-up incubator, the idea was to provide autonomous delivery robots to deliver food, packages, etc. Nothing developed beyond that incubator, but I learned a lot about entrepreneurship, and the importance of a good team.
I built a prototype robot that would travel through the university building I was working out of. A Kobuki was used for the base, and an Android phone was used for the interface. The prototype robot eventually evolved into an excuse to play with motion planning algorithms and develop people dodging skills.
